Professor Torgeir Moan

Professor Moan is a Professor of Marine Technology, and former Director of a Norwegian centre of research excellence CeSOS. Dr. Moan has served on the Royal Inquiry Commission of the Alexander L. Kielland accident and other accident inquiries and on various committees for the industry and standardization organisations for offshore structures (e.g. ISO, NORSOK); wind turbines (IEC) and floating bridges (NPRA). He has served as the inaugural adjunct Keppel professor at the National University of Singapore and has honorary academic positions at several leading Chinese universities.

Mr Tan Cheng Siong

Mr Tan is a pioneer architect of Singapore. He graduated in 1964 and later received his Master of Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Singapore in 1972.

Among his many achievements he was awarded the following:

  1. The Distinguished Alumni Award, NUS (1999)
  2. The President’s Design Award, Designer of the Year (2012)
  3. The SIA Gold Medal Award, (2013)
  4. SIA Pioneer Architect Award, (2015)
  5. Singapore Design Golden Jubilee Award, (2015)

Mr Edward Wong is the Managing Director of AWP Pte Ltd, a leading firm of Architects, Urban Designers and Masterplanners, practicing in Singapore and the Region.

Among his many achievements he and his firm was awarded the following:

  1. Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Building Construction Authority (BCA), “Construction Excellence”,
    “Best Buildable Design”, “Green Mark Platinum”
  2. SIA Awards for
