We were excited to see students from NUS Landscape Architecture and ITE College East take on this bold challenge in Growing Wild: Project Castaway — a CNA documentary following urban farmer Christopher Leow as he builds a self-sufficient floating farm in Singapore’s waters. It’s great to see the next generation of thinkers, designers, and makers showing interest in floating solutions, food production, and sustainable urban living. As Singapore and other coastal cities face sea level rise, such initiatives could inspire real change and scalable solutions.
