10) Communications & Electronic Notices

SFSS operates according to Singapore’s privacy and data protection laws. By contacting us, becoming a member, joining our events, including the World Conference on Floating Solutions, you may receive regular messages; you can unsubscribe at any time by writing to the email address that wrote you.

11) Availability; Force Majeure

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

12) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Effective Date” and, where required by law, we will provide additional notice and/or obtain consent. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14) Severability; No Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent; we may assign to an affiliate or acquirer. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

Downloads are provided “as is” without warranties; scan files with up-to-date antivirus before use.

Views & Opinions. Opinions expressed by members, contributors, speakers, or guests (online or at events) are their own and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of SFSS, its Council, officers, or contractors. Publication or appearance of any member content on the Site (including posts, comments, presentations, or publications) does not imply endorsement by SFSS.
