Video presentation of our masterplan in Baja California Sur. Los Saguaros Marina Resort is the Phase 1 of the Peninsula de Los Sueños touristic development. It is the first of 11 areas. With its 220 hectares, Los Saguaros Marina Resort consists of:
- A marina with 332 berths for yachts up to 240 feet, yachting club with 43 berths, commercial areas, and a scientific/exhibition centre
- 7 luxury hotels with branded villas and condominiums, 2 residential complexes.
